Our Process & Plan of Work
Liberty Design and Developments aligns with the comprehensive RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Plan of Work 2020, covering all stages from Stage 1 (Preparation and Briefing) to Stage 7 (Use). Our commitment to excellence extends beyond traditional architectural services, as we collaborate with consultants to provide additional services, including Highway and Traffic Assessment, Energy Use reports, and Daylight reports. Use laser tools to accurately measure the dimensions of the existing property or building.

Taking comprehensive set of photographs of both the interior and exterior of the property or building.

Construction Work & Project Managemnet

Administrating the terms of the building contract and inspecting as relevant the performance of the contractor.

Issuing further necessary information during the course of the work.

Inspect the work at periodical periods and at completion and issue defects schedule.

Issuing empowered instructions and acting as certifier as the contract requires including issue of final certificate.

Hand over house or building in line with plan for use strategy.

Tender to Contractors
-
Prepare sufficient detailed design drawings and specifications for tender purposes to be send out to preferred list of contractors.

Bringing contract documents to a final state for inviting tenders.

Discharging planning conditions and monitor progress.

Directing the design process at pre-construction stage.

Co-ordinating design of all constructional elements, including works by any consultants, specialist or suppliers.

Providing continuous advice on design issues and informing you of your duties under CDM regulations.

Investigating the feasibility of the design requirements and reporting to you in periodical basis.

Explain the application of relevant statutes that apply to your project.

Advising on the need for and appointing other consultants.
